The Glens Falls Civic Center is the home of sports and entertainment events in Upstate New York. This highly versatile multi-purpose complex includes an arena for sporting events, concerts, family activities, dance, theater, and trade shows. Banquet facilities are also available. The Civic Center is located in the City of Glens Falls, featuring 4,806 permanent arena seats and the ability to accommodate an audience of up to 7,800 people.
As a multi-faceted arena, the Civic Center provides sports
fans with year-round excitement. Home to the New York State
Boys Public High School Basketball Tournament and the
Federation Basketball
Tournament of Champions as well as The Adirondack Stampede Rodeo,
every seat is the best seat in the house!
Since opening its doors in 1979, the Civic Center has been
host to the entertainment world’s top touring shows and concerts, including the Foo Fighters, Dierks Bentley, Phil Lesh, Godsmack & more.
Special events such as Sesame Street
Live, Ringling Brothers Circus, Harlem Globetrotters, the Original Toughman Contest,
World Championship Wrestling, boxing,
Monster Trucks/Moto-cross, and the Irish dance sensation
Spirit of the Dance are a few of a wide range of shows that
appeal to every age and taste.
