Glens Falls Civic Center is a 4,806-seat multi-purpose arena located in downtown Glens Falls, New York. Built in 1979, it was originally the home of the Adirondack Red Wings, the former American Hockey League affiliate for the Detroit Red Wings. Currently, the Glens Falls Civic Center is home ice for the American Hockey League's Adirondack Flames, affiliate of the NHL's Calgary Flames.
This versatile multi-purpose complex includes an arena for sporting events, concerts, and family entertainment as well as dance, theatre and trade shows. Following the renovation of its permanent seats in the summer of 2007, the Glens Falls Civic Center has become a management property of Global Spectrum as of April 2008.
