The Glens Falls Civic Center will host the Second Annual Aggressive Music Festival on Saturday, July 16 at 3:00 p.m. Doors will open at noon.
 This event is presented by 103.5/103.9 The Edge, Step Up Presents, Stillborn Records and Funtime Presents. The festival features performances from the biggest names in metal, including OZZFEST 2005 performers Mudvayne, Killswitch Engage, Shadows Fall, As I Lay Dying and Swedish metal acts In Flames and Soilwork. Also performing is legendary hardcore band Hatebreed in its only summer performance. Hatebreed features Jamey Jasta, the host of MTV2’s Headbanger’s Ball and a partner in this event. Opening the show are Roadrunner Records’ recent signing Trivium and A Dozen Furies.
 “We’re happy to be able to give Upstate New York another monster event,” says Ted Etoll, owner of Step Up Presents, “These are the biggest bands in heavy music touring this summer, and we are excited to have them play in Glens Falls.” Step Up Presents books most of the capital region’s heavier live performances.

Tickets sold for the floor will be general admission and the arena will be reserved seating. Advance tickets are $36 for both floor and arena. All tickets purchased day of show will be $40.
